16일 원주시에 따르면, 시는 오는 24일 오후 1시 시청 지하 1층 정보화교육장에서 관내 청년 구직자를 대상으로 한 ‘상반기 청년 취업성공 아카데미’를 개최한다고 밝혔다.
이번 아카데미는 청년들의 체계적인 구직 활동을 지원하고 명확한 진로 설계를 돕기 위해 마련됐다. 특히 개인의 성격, 흥미, 직무 역량 등을 다각적으로 분석해 가장 적합한 직업군을 제시하는 진단 도구인 ‘프레디저(Freddyzer) 진단을 활용한 진로역량 강화 교육’이 핵심 프로그램으로 진행된다.
교육 현장에서는 프레디저 진단 결과를 심도 있게 해석하고 이를 실제 구직 활동에 어떻게 활용할 것인지에 대한 실질적인 노하우가 제공될 예정이다. 이를 통해 청년들이 막연한 불안감을 해소하고 자신에게 딱 맞는 직업군을 능동적으로 탐색할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
