이번 대회는 가평군도서관이 한수원 공모사업에 최종 선정되어 확보한 5,000만 원의 사업비로 운영된다. 지난 7일 양 기관의 업무협약 체결 이후, 13일부터 군민들의 뜨거운 관심 속에 참가 신청을 접수하며 성공적인 출발을 알렸다.
