(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 올해 9월까지, 정비사업 추진 및 예정 지역 주민을 대상으로 ‘2026년 찾아가는 정비사업 교육(재개발·재건축)’ 참여자를 상시 모집한다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, 이번 교육은 정비사업에 대한 주민 이해도를 높이고 사업 추진 과정에 필요한 실무 역량을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다.
특히, 교육을 희망하는 지역으로 직접 찾아가는 현장 중심 맞춤형 방식으로 운영해 주민 참여도를 높일 계획이다.
교육 내용은 구역 지정 요건 및 정비계획 수립 절차, 조합·공공·신탁 방식 등 사업 유형, 추진위원회 구성 및 운영 실무, 협력업체 선정 및 계약 기준, 정비사업 절차 및 분쟁 사례, 추정분담금 산정 방법 등 정비사업 전반을 포함한다.
이와 함께 주민 수요에 따라 자유 주제 교육도 운영한다.
교육 대상은 정비사업에 관심 있는 10인 이상 주민이며, 신청을 통해 원하는 장소와 일정에 맞춰 교육받을 수 있으며 교육은 6월부터 11월까지 진행될 예정이다.
교육 신청은 부천시 정비사업 통합홈페이지에서 신청서를 내려받아 우편, 전자우편, 방문 등의 방법으로 제출하면 된다.
