중부해경청, 2026년 상반기 해상종합훈련 실시

(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 중부지방해양경찰청이 오는 4월 20일부터 6월 10일까지 관내 소속기관을 대상으로 상반기 해상종합훈련을 시행한다고 밝혔다.

중부해경청에 따르면, 해상종합훈련은 인천·평택·태안·보령해경서와 서해5도특별경비단의 경비함정 57척 61팀이 참여한다.

주요 훈련 목표는 기본에 충실(중요장비·임무 태세점검), 현장실무 중심 교육(분야별 전문지식 배양), 복합형 구조임무 훈련(대응능력 제고), 톤급별·해역별 특성화 훈련(실전 맞춤형)으로 실시한다.

특히, 중부청 관할 3개년 사고 분석을 통해 훈련 종목을 선정하고 6대 해양사고에 즉각 대응할 수 있도록 해역별·톤급별 특성을 고려한 맞춤형 집중 교육·훈련과 점검도 병행하여 실시한다.

특히, 서해바다 저수심 임무수행을 위해 반드시 필요한 구조보드 등 적합한 장비를 적극 활용하여 구조 역량을 강화하고, 신속한 해상 응급환자 이송을 위해 항공기와 함정 간 호이스트 훈련을 신설하여 상황대응 역량을 강화하고 확실한 구조임무를 수행할 수 있도록 최선을 다할 것이라고 밝혔다.

중부해경청 박재화 청장은 “해양 사고가 발생 되었을 때 신속하고 안전하게 대응할 수 있는 실전 훈련이 되어야 한다.”고 당부하며,“훈련을 통해 어떠한 상황에서도 우리 국민의 생명과 재산을 보호할 수 있는 해양경찰로 거듭나겠다.”고 말했다.
