【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군은 16일 군청 대회의실에서 간부공무원을 포함한 공직자 180여 명을 대상으로 ‘2026년 상반기 4대 폭력 예방교육’을 운영했다고 밝혔다.
이번 교육은 성희롱, 성폭력, 성매매, 가정폭력 등 4대 폭력 예방을 비롯해 교제폭력, 스토킹 범죄, 디지털 성범죄, 2차 피해 예방까지 폭넓게 다뤄 안전하고 존중받는 조직문화 조성을 위해 마련됐다.
이날 교육은 충주경찰서 이규백 경감을 강사로 초빙해 최근 판례를 중심으로 실질적인 사례 교육으로 진행됐다.
오전에는 간부공무원과 군의원을 대상으로 직장 내 폭력 사건 발생 시 관리자의 역할과 대응 방안을 중점적으로 교육했다.
오후에는 6급 이하 공무원과 공무직 등 120여 명을 대상으로 성매매·가정폭력 관련 판례와 함께 딥페이크 등 신종 디지털 성범죄 사례, 대응 방안을 중심으로 교육했다.
특히 스토킹 범죄와 디지털 성범죄 등 새로운 범죄 유형에 대한 경각심 제고에 중점을 뒀다.
이현주 군 가족친화과장은 “폭력과 차별 없는 건강한 공직문화를 만드는 것은 군민의 신뢰를 지키는 출발점”이라며 “앞으로도 실효성 있는 교육과 지원을 통해 서로 존중하는 조직문화를 만들어 가겠다”고 말했다.
한편 군은 연 2회 전 직원 대상 폭력 예방교육을 실시하고 있으며, 온라인 교육과정을 병행 운영해 직원들의 성인지 감수성 향상과 예방 의식 제고에 힘쓰고 있다.
