브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 현대자동차가 오는 24일부터 다음 달 8일까지 재학생 대상 채용전환형 인턴(하계인턴)을 모집한다.
모집분야는 연구개발, 생산/제조, 사업/기획, 경영지원 총 4개 분야 36개다. 올해 8월 또는 내년 2월 졸업 예정자(학·석사)라면 누구나 지원 가능하다.
인턴으로 선발된 인원은 7월부터 3주간 실습 기간을 거친다. 실습전형 후 최종 합격하면 올해 하반기(7~12월) 중 정규직으로 입사한다.
현대차는 올해 인턴십에서 처음으로 ‘1페이지 자기소개서’를 도입한다. 정형화된 틀에 구애받지 않고, 지원자 본인의 강점을 본인만의 방식으로 자유롭게 1페이지 분량 내에서 작성하면 된다.
인턴 지원자는 서류 작성에 대한 부담을 줄일 수 있고, 회사 입장에서는 지원자 개개인의 차별화된 역량에 집중해 채용 직무와의 연관성을 확인할 수 있다.
