<브레이크뉴스 홍천 = 김일웅 기자> 최근 전국적으로 전세 사기 피해가 사회적 문제로 대두되는 가운데, 한국공인중개사협회 강원특별자치도 지부 홍천군지회가 군민들의 소중한 재산권을 지키기 위해 팔을 걷어붙였다.
홍천군지회(지회장 이명순)는 지난 16일 오전, 홍천읍 꽃뫼공원과 인근 상가 밀집 지역 일대에서 군민들을 대상으로 ‘안전한 부동산 거래 문화 정착을 위한 캠페인’을 대대적으로 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이번 캠페인은 무자격·무등록자에 의한 불법 중개 행위를 근절하고, 군민들이 안심하고 부동산을 거래할 수 있는 투명한 환경을 조성하자는 취지에서 마련됐다.
이날 거리로 나선 20여 명의 지회 회원들은 군민들에게 자체 제작한 홍보 책자를 배부하며 적극적인 안내에 나섰다. 특히 ▲정식 공인중개사 사무소 개설 등록 여부 확인 ▲철저한 신분증 대조를 통한 본인 확인 ▲대항력 확보를 위한 전입신고 및 확정일자 부여 등 필수 안전 수칙을 꼼꼼히 짚어주며 주의를 당부했다.
아울러 취약계층의 주거 안정을 돕기 위해 홍천군과 맞손을 잡고 추진 중인 ‘부동산 중개 보수 50% 감면 사업’도 집중적으로 홍보했다. 오는 2026년 말까지 이어지는 이 사업은 1억 원 미만의 주택 매매·전세 및 5,000만 원 미만 월세 계약 시 저소득층의 경제적 부담을 대폭 덜어주는 효자 제도로 꼽힌다.
이명순 홍천군지회장은 “부동산은 군민의 전 재산이 걸려 있는 중대한 거래인 만큼, 반드시 시군구에 정식 등록된 공인중개사를 통해야만 예기치 못한 피해를 막을 수 있다”며, “앞으로도 전문성과 투명성을 바탕으로 군민들이 100% 신뢰할 수 있는 건전한 부동산 시장을 만드는 데 총력을 기울이겠다”고 강조했다.
