【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 동구가 고물가와 고유가로 생활에 어려움을 겪는 주민들을 위해 ‘생활안정 지원금’ 지급에 들어간다.
구는 지역 취약계층을 우선으로 최대 60만 원까지 차등 지급하며, 지역 소비 촉진과 경기 회복을 함께 노린다는 계획이다.
동구는 4월 27일부터 생활안정 지원금을 순차적으로 지급한다고 밝혔다.
이번 대책은 국제유가 상승과 물가 급등으로 인한 가계 부담을 완화하고, 지역 경제 활성화를 뒷받침하기 위한 조치다.
지원금 지급 대상은 행정 기준에 따라 나뉜다. 기초생활수급자는 1인당 60만 원, 차상위계층과 한부모가족에는 50만 원, 소득 하위 70% 이하는 15만 원이 각각 주어진다.
지급은 1·2차로 나눠 진행된다. 1차 지급은 4월 27일부터 5월 8일까지로, 기초생활수급자·차상위계층·한부모가족 등 취약계층이 우선 대상이다.
2차 지급은 5월 18일부터 7월 3일까지 일반 대상자와 1차 미신청자를 중심으로 이뤄지며, 이의신청은 5월 18일부터 7월 17일까지 접수한다. 신청 초기 혼잡을 막기 위해 첫 주는 출생연도 끝자리별 요일제가 적용된다.
신청은 온라인과 오프라인 모두 가능하다. 신용·체크카드 포인트를 선택할 경우 카드사 홈페이지, 앱, 은행 영업점에서 신청하며, 지역화폐 대구로페이로 받으려면 ‘iM샵’ 앱이나 거주지 행정복지센터를 방문해 신청할 수 있다. 전 동 행정복지센터에는 현장 접수 창구가 운영되고, 기간제 인력도 배치된다.
동구는 신속한 지급을 위해 4월 16일부터 전담 TF(태스크포스)를 운영 중이다. TF는 신청 접수와 안내, 민원 대응, 이의신청 처리 등을 맡으며 구청 콜센터로 상담도 지원한다. 신청 추이에 따라 현장 인력과 전산 처리도 유연하게 확대할 방침이다.
김태운 동구청장 권한대행은 “이번 지원금이 주민들의 경제적 부담을 덜고 지역경제에 실질적인 도움이 되길 바란다”며 “신속하고 차질 없는 지급을 위해 행정 역량을 집중하겠다”고 말했다.
