【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=영진전문대학교는 경북휴먼테크고등학교와 20일 교내 본관 회의실에서 일학습병행 프로그램 운영과 고교생 맞춤형 고용서비스 활성화를 위한 업무협약을 체결했다.
이번 협약은 산업 현장에서 요구하는 실무형 기술 인재를 고교 단계부터 체계적으로 육성하고, ‘선취업·후진학’ 경로를 제도적으로 강화하는 데 초점을 맞췄다.
양 기관은 협약을 통해 기업 맞춤형 교육과정 공동 개발, 재학생·졸업생 취업 지원, 교원·학생 교류, 실험·실습시설 공동 활용, 학습자료 개발 등 교육과 취업 연계를 위한 전반적인 체계를 구축하기로 했다.
특히 현장 실습과 후속 학습을 유기적으로 연결해 학생들의 진로 경로를 한층 구체화한다는 방침이다.
양 기관은 앞으로 시범 과정을 운영하면서 교육과정과 실습 체계를 보완하고, 기업의 수요를 반영한 커리큘럼을 점차 확대할 계획이다.
