특히 군 지역은 의료 인프라 접근성이 상대적으로 낮아 정기적인 산전 진료를 위해 장거리 이동이 필요한 경우가 많아, 실질적인 이동 지원의 필요성이 꾸준히 제기돼 왔다.
군은 올해부터 임산부들의 교통비 지원 신청 편의를 높이기 위해 제도를 일부 개선했다.
