또한 교육장과의 소통 간담회를 통해 저경력 공무원들이 업무 수행 과정에서 겪는 어려움과 건의사항을 공유하고, 선배 공무원과 자유롭게 대화하며 업무 이해도를 높이는 시간을 가졌다.
교육에 참석한 공무원은 “실습 중심 교육을 통해 평소 궁금했던 부분을 직접 익힐 수 있어 업무에 대한 이해와 자신감을 높일 수 있는 유익한 시간이었다.”고 소감을 밝혔다.
