계명대(총장 신일희)가 소상공인진흥공단이 주관하는 2021년 소상공인 온라인 특성화 대학 운영기관에 선정됐다.
올해 신규로 시행하는 소상공인 온라인 특성화 대학사업은 소상공인의 온라인 진출 및 BM(비즈니스 모델)전환 등의 체계적 교육을 통해 신규사업(시장) 발굴을 목적으로 마련되었다.

계명대는 ‘소상공인 온라인 진출의 모든 것 - ALL-SET 과정’을 통해 소상공인의 국내·외 이커머스 진출(네이버, 카카오, 알리바바 등)과 유통·물류의 디지털화, 크라우드펀딩을 위한 교육 및 실습 프로그램 등을 제시하며, 높은 평가를 받아 이번 사업에 선정된 것으로 알려진다.
대구·경북 소상공인의 온라인 사업 경험은 각각 4.8%, 5.5%에 머물고 있어 전국 주요 지자체 평균보다 낮은 수준이다.
이에 계명대학교 창업지원단에서는 이번 사업을 통해 온라인 진출 및 전환을 통한 지역 소상공인의 경쟁력 확보의 목적으로 소상공인 40명, 예비창업자(재학생) 10명 총 50명의 교육생을 모집하여 특화된 교육 및 실습을 운영할 계획을 전했다.
이를 위해 ‘소상공인 온라인 진출의 모든 것 - ALL-SET 과정’은 정규 교육과정과 비정규과정으로 진행되며 소상공인의 온라인 경쟁력 강화를 위한 정규 교육과정으로는 ‘이커머스 진출 교육(국내·외)’, ‘온라인 마케팅 교육(페이스북, 트위터 등의 SNS 및 블로그)’, ‘전문가 멘토링’을 지원한다. 비정규과정으로는 ‘BM피보팅(신사업발굴)’,‘크라우드펀딩(우수 소상공인 아이템 투자 유치)’, ‘사용성센터 이용’, ‘창업보육지원(7년 미만 소상공인 대상 보육 지원)’ 등 계명대가 보유한 역량을 교육에 참여한 소상공인에게 무상으로 지원한다.
또한, 사업에 참가한 모든 소상공인에게 온라인 진출을 위한 지원금(1인 48만원)이 지급되며, 우수 수료자에게는 총 300만원의 포상금도 지급될 예정이다.
