계명대(총장 신일희)와 대학리빙랩네크워크가 공동 주관한 ‘제5회 대학리빙랩 네크워크 포럼’이 개최됐다.
계명대와 대학리빙랩네크워크는 지난 17일과 18일 양일간 대구엑스코에서 ‘지역과 상생하는 대학, 리빙랩으로 길을 찾다’를 주제로 포럼을 개최했다.

이날 행사에는 유기홍 국회교육위원회 위원장, 홍의락 대구시 경제부시장, 최성웅 LINC+사업단 전국협의회장, 신일희 계명대 총장 등이 영상으로 축하이사를 전했다.
특히 이번에는 공주대, 군산대, 동아대, 안동대, 영남대, 조선대, 한양대 등 7개 대학이 신규로 대학리빙랩 네트워크에 참여하여 전체 43개 대학이 참가하며 규모가 확대되어 눈길을 끌었다.
포럼 1일 차에는 ‘Shaping sustainability transitions’와 ‘대학 리빙랩 활성화 방안 정책’을 발제로 포럼과 토론을 가지고, 전주대가 ‘재생에너지’, 경남대가 ‘도시재생’, 대전대가 ‘노인돌봄/커뮤니티케이어 세미나’를 주제로 세미나를 가졌다.
2일 차에는 동국대가 ‘대학리빙랩 네트워크 공동 프로젝트「리빙랩 트윈」’, 계명대가 ‘리빙랩 교재 활용 및 강의법’을 주제로 세미나를 가지고, 이후 전북대가 주관하여 14개 대학의 우수사례 발표를 통해 대학간 교류와 벤치마킹의 시간을 가졌다.
행사를 주관한 김범준 계명대 LINC+사업단장은 “대학리빙랩네트워크는 지난 2019년 7월 국회에서 18개 대학이 참여한 발족식을 시작으로 제5회 포럼을 맞이하여 43개 대학이 참여하는 전국 최대 규모의 사회혁신을 위한 대학협의체로 확대됐다.”며, “LINC+사업을 수행하고 있는 많은 대학에서 리빙랩을 통해 지역사회와의 협업을 확대하고 지역혁신을 위한 의미 있는 성과를 확인할 수 있었다.”고 말했다.

Kim Beom-jun, head of Keimyung University's LINC+ business group, who hosted the event, said, "The University Living Lab Network is the nation's largest social innovation program with 43 universities participating in the 5th forum, starting with the inauguration ceremony of 18 universities at the National Assembly in July 2019.
