우리공화당이 국민의힘 대선주자인 유승민 후보에 대해 “탈원전 정책을 내걸었던 자가 보수의 경제통이라니 삶은 소대가리가 웃을 일”이라며 강하게 비판했다.
우리공화당은 지난 26일 유승민 후보가 대선출마를 선언하자 이에 대해 “본인의 정치 생명을 위해선 나라도 팔아먹는다는 ‘배신의 정치’ 전문 바른정당 출신의 마지막 발악”이라며 일갈에 나섰다.

이어 “공산권 국가에서나 만드는 공수처를 공약으로 내 걸었던 자가 자유민주주의 국가의 대통령 후보로 나서며 자신의 손을 잡아 달라고 한다”면서 “국민들은 뇌물 한 푼 받지 않은 대통령의 등 뒤에 칼을 꼽고 당당하게 웃던 그의 모습을 기억한다”고 강조했다.
그러면서 “국민의힘 이준석 대표가 탄핵의 강을 건너자고 국민에게 윽박지르니, 유승민 본인도 탄핵의 강을 건널 수 있다고 착각하고 있다”고 말했다.
