대구한의대, 실시간 온라인 글로벌 프로그램 실시

대구한의대학교(총장 변창훈) 식품영양학과(학과장 양경미)는 재학생과 일본 시마네현립대학 건강영양학과 학생을 대상으로 실시간 온라인 글로벌 프로그램을 실시했다고 2일 밝혔다.

대구한의대학교 LINC+사업단과 국제교류팀이 지원한 이번 프로그램에는 대구한의대학교 양경미, 홍주연, 공현주 교수가 참여하고 민지영 교수가 통역을 맡았다. 일본시마네 현립대학에서는 마사루 호소가와(학과장), 마츠모토 유카 교수가 참석했다.

글로벌 프로그램은 양교소개, 한국과 일본 각국의 영양사업무환경, 영양관련정책, 졸업 후 취업 및 각국의 문화 등을 주제로 하여 양국의 학생이 각각 발표하고 온·오프라인으로 참여한 학생들이 실시간 질의응답하는 방식으로 진행되었다.

온라인 글로벌 프로그램은 줌을 활용하여 한-일 양교가 소통하면서 동시에 유튜브를 통해 실시간 중계를 하는 온오프 하이브리드 방식으로 가능한 양교의 많은 전공생들이 글로벌 프로그램에 참여할 수 있도록 했다.

2020년에 이어 2년 연속으로 참여한 식품영양학전공 2학년 권은주 학생은 “평소 식품영양학 관련 해외 취업에 관심도가 높았던 터라, 작년에 이어 LINC+ 온라인 글로벌프로그램에 참여할 수 있어 매우 기쁘다” 며 “대면할 수 없는 아쉬움이 컸지만 이번 프로그램으로 한-일 양국의 식품영양학과 문화에 대해 이해도를 높일 수 있었고 특히, 일본 학생들과 함께 발표하고 질의응답 할 수 있어 좋았다.”고 소감을 밝혔다.

양경미 식품영양학과장은 “온라인 매체를 통해 양교의 프로그램을 진행할 수 있어 매우 뜻깊은 시간이었으며 식품영양학 전공을 기반으로 한 국제적인 인재를 양성하기 위해 양교의 교류는 반드시 지속되어야 하고 우리 재학생들의 글로벌 마인드 함양을 위해 보다 활발한 교류프로그램을 추진해 나갈 예정이다”라고 말하였다.

The online global program is an on-off hybrid method where both schools communicate in real time through YouTube and at the same time communicate through Zoom using Zoom, so that many major students from both schools can participate in the global program.

Eun-ju Kwon, a sophomore in Food and Nutrition, who participated for two consecutive years following 2020, said, “I am very happy to be able to participate in the LINC+ online global program following last year because I have always been very interested in food and nutrition-related overseas employment.” It was a big disappointment, but I was able to increase my understanding of food and nutrition and culture in both Korea and Japan through this program, and it was especially good to be able to present and answer questions with Japanese students,” he said.

Kyung-mi Yang, head of the Department of Food and Nutrition, said, “It was a very meaningful time for both schools to conduct programs through online media. We plan to promote more active exchange programs for this purpose.”
