권기식 한중도시우호협회장이 3일 중국 산시성(山西省) 성도 타이위안(太原) 진양호(晋陽湖)국제컨벤션센터에서 열린 '2021 타위위안에너지저탄소발전포럼'에서 영상축사를 했다. 이날 포럼은 린우 산시성 당서기와 란푸안 성장 등 3백여명의 중국 및 해외의 정부와 민간 관계자들이 참가한 가운데 성황리에 개막됐다. 리커창 중국 총리는 화상을 통해 축사를 하고 직접 개회 선언을 했다.
주최측은 이날 오전 개회식에서 살러워르크 저우데 에티오피아 대통령 영상축사와 함께 3분여에 걸친 권 회장의 영상축사를 방영했다.
권 회장은 영상축사에서 "타위위안에너지저탄소발전포럼은 기후변화와 환경 문제에 대한 중국 당국의 높은 관심과 의지를 보여준다"며 "이번 포럼이 기후변화와 환경오염에 대한 국제적인 관심과 협력을 촉구하는 데 큰 역할을 하고 기후변화에 대한 국제적인 협력의 모범이 되기를 기대한다"라고 말했다. 권 회장은 이날 포럼에 자오첸(趙辰) 협회 중국 전문위원을 대표로 파견했다.

Kwon Ki-sik, president of the Korea-China Friendship Association, delivered a video congratulatory speech at the '2021 Tayuan Energy Low-Carbon Power Generation Forum' held at the International Convention Center in Jinyang Lake, Taiyuan, Taiyuan, Shaanxi Province, China on the 3rd. The forum opened with great success, with more than 300 Chinese and foreign government and private officials participating, including Party Secretary Lin Wu of Shanxi Province and Zhuang Lanfuan. Chinese Premier Li Keqiang delivered congratulatory remarks via video and personally declared the opening ceremony.
At the opening ceremony this morning, the organizers aired a video congratulatory speech by Ethiopian President Salawark Zhoude, along with a video congratulatory speech from Chairman Kwon, which lasted about 3 minutes.
In the video congratulatory speech, Chairman Kwon said, "The Tayuan Energy Low Carbon Power Generation Forum shows the Chinese authorities' high interest and commitment to climate change and environmental issues." We look forward to playing a major role in helping to set an example for international cooperation on climate change,” he said. Chairman Kwon dispatched a Chinese expert member of the Zhaoqian Association to the forum as a representative.
