경상북도의회 제326회 임시회가 오는 14일까지 이어지는 가운데 각종민생 조례안이 상임위를 통과해 최종 의결을 앞두고 있다.
이번 임시회에서는 기획경제위원회 심사를 통해 배진석 경상북도의회 기획경제위원회 위원장(경주, 국민의힘)의 경상북도 발전소 지역자원시설세 특별회계 설치 조례 일부개정조례안, 김상헌 의원(포항, 더불어민주당)의 경상북도 청년 기본조례 일부개정조례안, 박채아 의원(비례, 국민의힘)의 경상북도 청년기업 육성 및 지원 조례안이 통과되었다.

배진석 위원장의 조례안은 지역자원시설세 분류 체계 정비 및 효율적인 특별회계 운영방안을 모색하기 위해 마련된 것으로 △경상북도 발전소 등에 대한 지역자원시설세 특별회계 설치 조례로 제명 변경 △지역자원시설세 분류 체계 확대 규정 △특정자원분·특정시설분 지역자원시설세, 전입금, 수입금 등의 세입 규정 등의 내용을 담고 있다.
김상헌 의원(포항, 더불어민주당)이 발의한 조례안은 청년들의 주거비 부담을 경감하고 주거 안정 및 주거 수준 향상을 위해 마련된 것으로 △청년 주택임차보증금 및 차임의 보조 △보증료 지원 등에 관한 대책 수립 및 시행 등의 내용을 담고 있다.
