경일대학교(총장 정현태)와 (사)한국예술문화단체총연합회(회장 이범헌)이 예술교육 확대 및 문화산업 발전을 위한 협력을 약속했다.
지난 14일 경일대학교와 (사)한국예총은 경일대 중회의실에서 정현태 총장과 이범헌 회장을 비롯한 관계자 10여명이 참석한 가운데 교류 협력을 위한 업무협약을 체결했다.

양 기관은 협약에 따라 주요 협력사항은 △문화산업 발전을 위한 공동 프로젝트 수행 △문화예술교육 프로그램 공동 개발 및 지원 △양 기관이 보유하고 있는 예술교육 지원 및 프로그램 공유 등에 협력하게 된다.
이를 통해 양 기관은 교류 증진과 협력체제 강화에 힘써 상호 발전과 더불어 예술교육 확대와 문화산업 발전을 위해 적극적으로 나설 방침이다.
정현태 총장은 “K컬처를 전 세계인들이 공유하고 즐기는 현실에서 대한민국 예술·문화의 중심인 한국예총과 업무협약을 체결한 것은 의미가 크다”라며 “다양한 분야에서 협력함으로써 양 기관이 대한민국 예술·문화의 브랜드 가치를 더 높이는데 기여할 것”이라고 말했다.
이범헌 한국예총 회장은 “실질적인 실사구시의 협력을 통해 양 기관에게 서로 도움이 되고 동반 성장하는 계기로 삼자”고 화답했다.
