대구한의대학교(총장 변창훈) 칠곡군어린이급식관리지원센터가 집단급식소 36개소를 대상으로 한 위생특화사업을 진행했다.
대구한의대가 등록급식소 중 집단급식소를 대상으로 지난 5월부터 시작해 7월까지 3개월 동안 위생특화사업 위기탈출넘버원을 진행했다고 전했다.

해당 사업은 급식환경 수준 향상과 급식소 안전사고 및 식중독 발생을 사전 예방하고자 마련된 것으로 위생/영양/재해 관리 3가지 프로그램으로 실시하였다.
프로그램은 세부적으로 개인위생복장 및 식재료관리(유통기한)관리를 통해 위생습관형성 및 식중독 예방을 위한 활동, 어린이들의 싱겁게 먹는 식습관 형성을 위해 염도일지 작성을 통한 염도관리 활동, 재해예방을 위해 조리실 내 취약장소 인지 및 안전사고 발생량 감소 유도를 위한 조리실 평면도 및 안전자료를 배부 등으로 진행되었다.
위기탈출넘버원 사업은 보완하여 프로그램을 지속적으로 진행되며 추후 프로그램 활동 내용으로 구성된 자료집을 센터에 등록된 급식소 모두에게 배부할 예정이다.
