대구보건대학교(총장 남성희) 직업교육개발센터가 개발한 ‘함께 만들어가는 세상’ 프로그램이 2021년 인성교육 프로그램 평가를 통해 인증을 받았다.
2021년 인성교육 프로그램 평가는 교육부 위탁 · 한국교육개발원에서 주관하는 것으로 대구보건대는 직업교육개발센터가 개발한‘함께 만들어가는 세상(함·만·세)’이 인증을 받았다고 25일 밝혔다.

‘함께 만들어가는 세상(함만세)’은 직업활동에 필요한 공동체의식과 직업윤리에 대한 이해도를 높이고 학습자의 실천능력 향상을 위해 개발됐다.
프로그램은 일반계고와 특성화계고에 적합한 학습주제와 학습자료로 구성되었으며 공동체의 이해, 책임으로 완성하기, 신뢰로 협동하기, 소명의식 갖추기 등의 내용으로 10차시에 걸쳐 진행된다.
‘함께 만들어가는 세상(함만세)’은 2019년 전문대학혁신지원사업‘DHC 핵심역량 기반 직업기초능력 교육브랜드화 사업’으로 개발한‘공동체와 직업윤리 교과모델’을 기반으로 고등학교용 인성교육 프로그램을 설계했고 2020년 일반계고교와 2021년 특성화고교에서 시범운영으로 검증을 거쳤다.
이번 인성교육 프로그램인증으로 직업교육개발센터는 대구 · 경북 고등학교 진로교육프로그램과 연계해 활발한 인성교육을 확대 실시할 예정이며 한국교육개발원에서는‘함께 만들어가는 세상(함만세)’을 인성교육지원센터 홈페이지에 게시해 전국 고등학교에서 인성교육에 활용할 계획이다.
직업교육개발센터 윤영순 교수(유아교육과)는“미래의 주역인 고등학생들이 졸업 후 사회 구성원으로 살아가는데 공동체 의식을 고취시키고 건전한 직업생활을 위한 기본자세와 태도를 성취할 수 있는 인성교육 프로그램 운영에 최선을 다하겠다”고 전했다.

Prof. Young-soon Yoon (Early Childhood Education Department) of the Vocational Education Development Center said, “The best way to operate a personality education program is to encourage high school students, the future leaders, to live as members of society after graduation, to inspire a sense of community and to achieve basic attitudes and attitudes for a healthy professional life.
