'2021 기계로봇항공산업 발전유공 포상식'은 지난달 27일 경기 고양 킨텍스 제1전시장에서 진행됐다.
산업통상자원부가 주최하고 파이낸셜뉴스와 한국로봇협회가 공동주관한 이번 행사는 박진규 산업통산자원부 제1차관, 곽인찬 파이낸셜뉴스 주필·상무, 강귀덕 한국로봇산업협회장, 손웅희 한국로봇산업진흥원 원장 등이 참석한 가운데 진행되었다.

DGIST 문전일 연구부총장 겸 융합연구원장은 제3차 지능형로봇기본계획 수립과 실행을 통한 로봇산업 성장 견인의 공로를 인정받아 대통령표창을 수상했다.
특히 문 부총장은 제조생산 공정에서의 로봇 도입촉진 뿐만 아니라, 관련된 규제 혁신로드맵을 마련하는 등 로봇산업 육성 및 다양한 산업 분야 간 협력에 기여했다.
문전일 부총장은 “이번 상은 로봇 도입 촉진과 규제혁신 로드맵 수립에 대한 성과를 인정받은 결과라 생각한다”며 “코로나19 이후 다양한 비대면 서비스가 늘어나며 감염위험이 적은 로봇의 활용도가 나날이 넓어지고 있는 만큼, 다양한 산업 분야에서의 로봇 활성화를 위해 계속해서 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
