4차 산업혁명시대를 선도하는 창의융합 인재양성
위덕대학교(총장 오영호) LINC+사업단이 다각적인 방법으로 4차 산업혁명시대를 이끌어 나갈 창의융합 인재양성을 위해 노력하고 있다고 밝혔다.
가상복지관(V-CLD CENTER) 운영으로 예비 사회복지사 역량강화
위덕대학교는 4차 산업과 사회복지의 융합 필요성이 증가됨에 따라 가상복지관(V-CLD CENTER)이라는 실습공간을 구축하여 CM(Case Management) 전문가를 육성하는 혁신적인 교육 시스템을 운영하고 있다.
가상복지관은 지난 2020년 10월에 공간구축을 완료하고, 다양한 체험 장비를 마련하여 혁신적인 교육공간으로의 역할을 수행하고 있다.

해당공간은 대면 수업의 미러링랩으로 활용되고 있으며 협약기업의 개별방문과 산학협력 워크숍 등 비대면 회의 진행, 교과 및 비교과 프로그램 전 미러링랩의 활용과 체험, 2021학년도 상반기 지정교과, 비교과 교육과정을 시행하고 있다. 또한 향후 협약기업의 기업전문교수 연수, 신입직원 OJT 및 보수교육에도 활용할 예정이다.

이를 통해 비대면 상황에서도 임상실습이 가능하게 되었으며 기업에게는 지역에 도입되지 않은 4차 산업 기반 휴먼서비스 기자재를 활용하여 직원뿐 아니라 대상자에게도 활용할 수 있는 교육기회가 제공되었다. 또한 채용예정 기업에는 LINC+사업단 CLD+트랙의 혁신적 교육과정을 기반으로 준비된 우수한 학생을 채용할 기회가 제공되었다.
향후 미러링랩 영역을 확대하여 협약기업과 공유, 상담 및 치료 수퍼비전, 협약기업 전문가 보수교육, 지역사회 개방을 통한 유료 상담실로 전환하여 자립화 방안으로 활용할 예정이며, 협약기업과 대학을 연계한 상담전문 인력 Pool을 확보해나갈 예정이다.
V-CLD Center는 기존 휴먼서비스 노동시장과 4차 산업 노동시장을 연계한 학문 간의 융합과 현장 그리고 대학의 연계를 통한 학교 내·외부의 융합을 강조한 교과·비교과 프로그램의 개발에 기여했다.
아울러 4차 산업과 휴먼서비스를 연계한 교과와 비교과 학습 실습장으로 활용하여 미래를 준비하는 CLD+트랙 참여학생들의 전공역량 강화로 참여기업의 우수한 인재 확보에 기여할 예정이다.
FOOD STUDIO 미러링랩 구축과 협약기업 아델라7과의 Food 3D Printing 시현
스마트CSM융합트랙은 관광도시 경주를 중심으로 외식업체, 보건위생, 항공관광분야의 융합트랙으로 15개 협약기업과 함께 ICT가 융합된 스마트푸드테크와 새로운 신 서비스업 스마트화로 인재양성을 위해 운영하고 있는 트랙이다.
FOOD STUDIO 미러링랩은 코로나19에 따른 비대면 수업이 진행되고 있는 가운데 대면수업을 진행해야하는 학과를 고려하여 협약기업과 심도 있는 논의를 통해 2020년 8월 공덕관 4층에 구축하여 운영되고 있다.
FOOD STUDIO 미러링랩은 4차 산업혁명시대에 부응하기 위하여 레이저빔프로젝트, 촬영장비시스템, 전자교탁 등의 최신 교육장비와 빌트인구조의 식품제조시설인 테크콤비오븐, 스파이럴믹서, 냉장테이블, 급속냉동고, 제빙기 등의 스마트키친시스템과 색채색차계, 물성측정기, 스마트3D식품프린터, 스마트도립현미경 등 분석 장비를 설치하여 비대면 수업에 대한 질적 향상과 대면수업과 연계성을 통한 기존시설과 협업이 가능한 공간으로 변화했다.

이를 통해 협약기업과의 컨설팅을 통한 신제품개발 시 스마트3D 식품프린터를 이용한 공학·로봇교육 플랫폼을 제공하여 가상 시제품을 수행함으로써 시행착오를 거치지 않고 한 번에 시제품을 제작하여 리스크를 줄일 수 있는 4차 산업 신제품개발프로세스 플랫폼을 구축했다.
또한 스마트3D 식품프린터를 이용하여 기업이미지를 초콜릿몰드로 직접 제작하여 신제품 시장에서 협약기업만의 경쟁력을 보완하고, 제품의 이해도와 창의력, 문제해결능력 증대를 통해 협약기업의 애로기술에 대한 올바른 해결방안을 제시함으로서 산업체와의 발전적인 상생모델을 제시했다.
이러한 협약기업과의 활발한 협력활동을 수행한 결과 협약기업, 지역, 대학 및 고등학교 등에서 벤치마킹 및 컨설팅 의뢰와 함께 대학의 선도적인 모델로 정립시켜 나가고 있다.
