브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 이재명 더불어민주당 대선 후보는 2일 "1호 공약은 성장의 회복이다. 전환적 공정성장을 반드시 이뤄내겠다"고 밝혔다.
이재명 후보는 이날 오후 서울 송파구 올림픽경기장에서 열린 선대위 출범식에서 "사회 곳곳에 도사린 '특혜 기득권 카르텔'을 해체해 공정성을 회복하겠다"며 이같이 말했다.
그는 "뚜렷한 철학과 신념, 굳은 용기와 강력한 실천력으로 새로운 대한민국, 대한민국 대전환을 만들어내겠다"면서 "문재인 정부의 책임 있는 일원으로서 문재인 정부의 빛과 그림자 역시 온전히 저의 몫이다. 같은 뿌리 민주당에서 나올 이재명 정부는 김대중·노무현·문재인 정부가 쌓아온 토대 위에 잘못은 고치고, 부족한 건 채우고, 필요한 건 더해 청출어람하겠다"고 강조했다.
이어 그는 "상상할 수 없는 대규모의 신속한 국가투자에 나서겠다"며 "교육혁신, 기초과학과 첨단기술, 인프라에 대대적으로 투자하고 네거티브 방식 도입 같은 과감한 규제 합리화로 산업을 재편하겠다"고 약속했다.
이재명 후보는 부동산 문제와 관련해선 "높은 집값으로 고통을 호소하는 국민을 보면서 죄송한 마음을 금할 수가 없다. 부동산 투기를 막지 못해 허탈감과 좌절감을 드리고 공직개혁 부진으로 정책신뢰를 얻지 못했다"고 사과한 뒤 "이재명 정부에서는 이런 일이 다시는 없을 것이다. 집권 후에는 최우선으로 강력하고 대대적인 부동산 대개혁에 나서겠다. 이번 정기국회에서 당장 할 수 있는 개발이익환수제 강화, 분양가상한제 등 제도개혁부터 하겠다"고 했다.
그러면서 "부동산 불로소득 공화국이라는 오명을 이재명 정부의 명운을 걸고 확실하게 없애겠다. 집과 땅이 투기소득의 원천이 되는 일이 없도록 하겠다"고 덧붙였다.

이재명 후보는 야권 유력 대선후보인 윤석열 전 검찰총장을 향해서도 비판의 목소리를 높였다. 그는 "광주를 폄훼하고, 핵무장을 주장하고 남북합의 파기로 긴장과 대결을 불러오겠다는 퇴행 세력에 대한민국을 맡길 수 없다"며 "국민을 지배하는 임금이 되려는 사람은 주권재민국가의 1번 일꾼이 될 수 없다"고 비판했다.
그는 마지막으로 "결코 쉽지 않은 싸움이다. 하지만 우리가 단결하고 새로운 대한민국을 바라는 국민과 함께 싸운다면 충분히 이길 수 있다"고 지지를 호소했다.
한편 이날 선대위 출범식에는 이낙연 전 대표, 정세균 전 총리, 추미애 전 법무부 장관을 비롯해 경선에 출마한 모든 후보들이 참석했다. 이에 대해 이재명 후보는 "이 자리에는 새로운 나라를 위해 경쟁했던 모든 분들이 함께하고 계시다. 민주당 역사상 처음 있는 일이다. 이렇게 멋진 원팀을 보고드리게 돼 기쁘고 벅찬 마음"이라고 말하기도 했다.

Lee Jaemyeong's first pledge is growth recovery..."We will achieve transitional fair growth".
Lee Jae-myung, presidential candidate of the Democratic Party of Korea, said on the 2nd, "The first pledge is to restore growth We will definitely achieve transformational fair growth, he said.
Candidate Lee Jae-myung said at the launching ceremony of the senior committee held at the Olympic Stadium in Songpa-gu, Seoul in the afternoon that day, "We will restore fairness by dismantling the 'preferential vested cartels' that have lurked throughout society."
He said, "I will create a great transformation of the Republic of Korea and the Republic of Korea with clear philosophy, beliefs, firm courage and strong practical power," adding, "As a responsible member of the Moon Jae In government, the light and shadow of the Moon Jae In government are also entirely up to me. After taking power, I will put the top priority on powerful and massive real estate reform. "We will first reform the system, such as strengthening the development profit recovery system and the ceiling on the sale price that can be done immediately at the regular National Assembly," he said.
"We will certainly eliminate the stigma of being a real estate unearned income republic at the risk of the fate of the Lee Jae-myung administration." We will not let houses and land become sources of speculative income, he added.
Candidate Lee Jae-myung also voiced criticism toward the opposition candidate Yoon Seok-yeol, former prosecutor general. He criticized, "We cannot leave the Republic of Korea to the regressive forces that disparage Gwangju, insist on nuclear weapons, and bring tension and confrontation due to the destruction of the inter-Korean agreement," adding, "A person who wants to become a king who controls the people cannot be the No. 1 worker in the sovereign state."
Finally, he said, "It's never an easy fight. However, if we unite and fight with the people who want a new Republic of Korea, we can win enough, he said.
Meanwhile, all candidates running for the primary election, including former CEO Lee Nak-yeon, former Prime Minister Chung Sye-kyun, and former Justice Minister Choo Mi-ae, attended the inauguration ceremony of the senior committee. In response, Candidate Lee Jae-myung said, "Everyone who competed for a new country is here with us. This is the first time in Democratic history. "I'm happy and overwhelmed to see such a great one-team," he said.
