경일대, 2021년 취업매칭데이 개최

경일대학교(총장 정현태) 대학일자리센터에서 ‘2021년 취업매칭데이’를 개최하고 재학생 취업역량 강화에 나섰다.

지난 3일 경일대학교는 재학생 및 졸업생, 지역 청년 구직자들을 대상으로 취업매칭데이를 개최했다.

취업매칭데이는 지역의 우수 중소기업 및 사회적 기업과 구직자들의 취업을 연계해 주는 행사로 참여한 기업에게는 맞춤형 인재를 찾을 수 있는 기회를, 방문한 구직자들에게는 우수한 기업에 취업할 수 있는 기회를 얻을 수 있도록 하기위해 마련되었다.

행사에는 지역 우수 중소기업 및 사회적 기업, 대구연구개발특구 입주기업을 초청하여 청년구직자들에게 취업 관련 정보를 제공하고 기업의 현장실습, 인턴십 프로그램 연계, 진로·취업 상담, 현장 면접 등 실질적인 도움을 줄 수 있는 프로그램도 운영했다.

행사를 통해 채용이 확정된 권보근(4학년) 학생은 “취업매칭데이에 다양한 기업체들이 참가하여 채용 정보를 쉽게 알 수 있어 유익한 시간이 되었다”며 “구직자들을 위해 좋은 행사를 준비해 주셔서 감사하다. 앞으로도 교내에 이런 행사들이 많이 생겼으면 좋겠다”고 말했다.
