대구보건대학교(총장 남성희) 뷰티코디네이션과가 뷰티스파라운지 오프닝 행사를 개최했다.

대구보건대 뷰티코디네이션과가 지난 10일 오전 11시 30분 문화관 415호에서 개최한 뷰티스파라운지 오프닝 행사에는 남성희 총장, 김한수 경영부총장, 장상문 대외부총장과 학과 교수 등 대학 관계자 20여명이 참석했다.
뷰티스파라운지는 학생들의 실무능력 향상과 취업 후 현장 적응력을 높이기 위해 뷰티샵 형태의 인테리어와 미용기기들을 갖춘 현장형 실습실이다.
실습실에서는 뷰티코디네이션 2학년 학생들이 대구보건대 교직원을 대상으로 현장 실무수업이 진행될 예정이며 이를 통해 교직원들은 높은 수준의 뷰티살롱 체험을 무료로 제공받을 수 있게된다.
라운지에서는 ▷헤드스파, ▷모발과 두피케어, ▷네일케어와 아트, ▷아이브로우 케어와 메이크업, ▷풋스파 등 다양한 서비스가 지원되며 학생들의 수업일정에 맞춰 예약제로 진행된다.
뷰티코디네이션과 학과장 이현주 교수는“뷰티스파라운지 구축은 재학생 실무능력 향상과 현장에서의 산업체의 만족도를 높이고 교직원들에게는 일상에 지친 몸과 마음을 치유하는 힐링 공간으로 자리매김 할 것으로 기대된다”며“시대를 빠르게 반영하고 학생들의 니즈와 현장 요구에 맞는 교육과정을 운영해 K-뷰티를 선도하는 글로벌 미용인재 양성에 최선을 다하겠다”고 전했다.
