전북 부안군은 지난해 행정안전부 공모사업에 선정돼 특별교부세 5억원과 군비 3억원 등 총 8억원의 사업비를 투입, 연면적 261㎡ 규모로 청년들의 교류와 소통을 위한 거점 센터를 조성했다.
