국민의힘 김승수 의원(대구 북구을, 예결위 예산조정소위)이 2022년도 예산심사에서 현미경 심사로 눈길을 끌고 있다.

김승수 의원은 이번 예산안 감액심사 과정에서 현 정부가 주력하고 있는 탄소중립 관련 사업, 한국형 뉴딜사업, 복지 포퓰리즘 사업 등에 대한 정부의 근거논리 부족과 성과관리 실패 등을 강하게 질책한 것으로 전해진다.
김 의원은 올해 예결위원 선임 이후 원활한 예결위 질의자료 준비를 위해, 전 부처의 예결위 자료와 예정처 검토보고서 등을 전부 숙지한 것으로 확인됐다.

김 의원은 “내년도에 국가채무가 1000조를 돌파하고, 채무비율도 GDP대비 50%를 넘는 상황에서 국민의 혈세로 편성한 정부의 600조 예산사업에 대해 형식적인 심사는 용납할 수 없다”며 “특히, 내년 대선을 앞두고 정부 여당에서 수립한 일회성, 선심성, 매표 예산에 대해서는 반드시 감액하고 막아낼 예정이다. 앞으로도 조정소위 정부 증감액 심사에서 단 한푼도 허투루 사용되지 않도록 꼼꼼한 현미경 심사에 집중할 것”이라고 강한 의지를 내비쳤다.
