[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 박종훈 경남도 교육감이 20일 ‘찾아가는 학교 백신 접종’을 진행한 창원 반송중학교를 방문하여 현장 상황을 점검하고 학교와 의료진, 학생들을 격려했다.

학교 체육관에 마련된 접종장소를 찾아 학교 관계자와 의료진으로부터 학생 예방접종 현황과 백신 접종 후 이상 발생 시 대응 등 안전관리체계를 청취하고 접종 받은 학생들의 이상 여부도 살폈다.

‘찾아가는 학교 백신 접종’은 최근 급증하는 코로나19 학생 감염을 예방하고 학생과 학부모들의 접종 편의성을 제고하기 위해 지난 17일 시작해 오는 24일까지 실시한다.

이번 백신 접종은 교육부의 자가진단 앱을 통한 사전 희망 수요조사 결과에 따라 각 교육지원청과 지자체가 협의한 접종방법에 따라 추진하며, 방문 접종은 도내 43개교를 대상으로 이뤄진다. 찾아가는 학교 방문접종 외에도 개인별 사전예약에 따른 접종, 학교에서 단체로 보건소나 예방접종센터, 위탁의료기관 등을 방문해 접종할 수 있다.
