[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 경남테크노파크는 여성가족부에서 주관하는 ‘2021년도 가족친화 인증’을 신규 획득하였다고 22일 밝혔다.
‘가족친화인증’이란 여성가족부가 「가족친화 사회환경의 조성 촉진에 관한 법률」에 따라 최고경영층의 리더십, 육아휴직 및 유연근무 활용률, 직장문화 조성 관련 직원 만족도 등 가족친화제도를 모범적으로 운영하는 기업 및 공공기관에 대해 심사를 통해 인증을 부여하는 제도다.
경남TP는 정시 출퇴근 분위기 정착과 자유로운 연차 사용, 임신 및 육아에 따른 근로시간 단축, 육아휴직 사용 등 임직원의 일과 삶의 균형을 위한 노력을 인정받아 인증을 획득했다.
노충식 원장은 "직원들이 일과 가정의 균형을 통해 행복을 느낄 때, 보다 나은 기업지원 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 여건이 마련될 것이다“ 라고 말하며 ”앞으로도 직원들이 일·생활 균형을 통해 행복을 느낄수 있도록 다양한 노력을 해나갈 계획이다“라고 말했다.
