대구가톨릭대 LINC+ 사업단, ‘제5회 성과 공유·확산 포럼’ 개최

대구가톨릭대 LINC+ 사업단(단장 변태영)이 ‘제5회 성과 공유·확산 포럼’을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

지난 22일 대구 호텔 인터불고에서 열린 이번 행사에는 우동기 대구가톨릭대 총장과 변태영 LINC+사업단장을 비롯하여 협약기업 관계자 등이 참석한 가운데 2017년부터 5년간 진행된 LINC+사업의 성과를 공유하는 시간이 이어졌다.

행사는 변태영 LINC+사업단장의 종합성과 보고를 시작으로 사업에 활발히 참여한 기업을 대상으로 우수기업 감사패를 전달식이 진행되었으며 해태아이스크림(주)대구공장, ㈜솔라라이트, ㈜DSA건축사사무소 등 총 16개 기업이 감사패를 받았다.

UCC 경진대회와 사업 참여수기 공모전 시상식에서는 변성국(기계시스템전공 3학년), 권채윤(생명화학전공 3학년) 학생, 안재완(자동차생산전공 3학년) 외 3명 팀 등 각 6팀, 5명의 작품이 우수작으로 선정돼 상장과 상금을 받았다.

이어 최여진 대구가톨릭대 건축학과 교수가 ‘디지털 기반의 도시환경재생 전문인력양성 트랙’의 우수 사례를 발표했다. 다음으로 이호철 대구가톨릭대 기계자동차공학부 교수의 ‘디지털 설계·생산 전문인력양성 트랙’ 우수 사례 발표, 배지훈 대구가톨릭대 인공지능·빅테이터공학과 교수의 ‘스마트시티 전문인력양성 트랙’ 우수 사례 발표가 진행됐다.

대구가톨릭대 LINC+ 사업단 변태영 단장은 “사업단이 거둔 5년간의 성과를 돌아보니 감회가 새롭다”면서 “지금까지 해온 것 이상으로 더욱 성장하고 발전을 거듭하는 교육성과를 거둘 수 있도록 노력하겠다. 아울러 교내외 구성원들의 많은 관심을 바란다”고 당부했다.
