충남도의회는 최훈 의원(공주2·더불어민주당)이 대표발의한 ‘충남도 주택의 중개보수 등에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안’을 예고했다고 12일 밝혔다.
이번 개정안은 ‘공인중개사법 시행규칙’ 개정사항을 반영해 법령 기준에 적합한 주택의 중개보수 상한요율과 한도액을 규정했다. 주택 중개보수는 중개의뢰인 쌍방으로부터 받되, 금액은 규정된 요율 및 한도액의 범위에서 협의해 결정할 수 있다.
또 주거취약계층을 위해 중개보수를 지원하고, 부동산거래사고 예방 교육 등의 사업을 통해 건전한 부동산거래문화가 정착되도록 했다.
최 의원은 “지난해 국민권익위원회의 중개보수 개선 권고와 국토교통부의 ‘공인중개사 시행규칙’의 개정에 따라 주택 중개보수의 산정 기준을 합리적으로 조정하기 위해 조례안을 개정하게 됐다”고 했다.
이어 “주거취약계층을 위한 중개보수 지원사업, 부동산거래사고 예방 등을 위한 교육 등을 지원할 수 있는 근거도 마련했다”며 “개정안이 저소득층의 주거 안정과 건전한 부동산 거래 활성화에 이바지하길 기대한다”고 했다.
개정안은 오는 20일 열리는 제334회 임시회 안전건설소방위원회 제2차 회의 심사를 거쳐 27일 제2차 본회의에서 최종 심의·의결될 예정이다.
