충남교육청이 13일 서산교육지원청을 시작으로 지역순회 토론회에 들어갔다.
이번 토론회는 지난해 말 대토론회 따른 후속 조치다.
앞서, 도 교육청은 교육공동체와의 정책소통과 공감 문화 확산을 고려해 대토론회 등을 통해 현장 의견을 수렴했다.
토론회는 , 도내 14개 시·군을 4개 권역으로 묶어 교사, 관리자, 학부모, 교직단체가 참여하며 △학력회복 △학교자율특색 교육과정 △장학 부문 정책을 주제로 생생한 현장의 의견을 주고 받는다.
또 ‘충남학력 디딤돌’사업에 대한 종합진단과 맞춤형 사업 지원방안을 중점적으로 논의한다.
올해 교육과정의 주요 사항인 학교자율특색 교육과정의 학교 현장 실현 방법도 토의한다.
자발성과 책무성에 기초한 전문적학습공동체의 운영과 수업배움, 수업나눔의 확산방안에 대해서도 의견을 나눌 것으로 알려졌다.
김지철 교육감은 “교육 대전환의 시대에 학생들에게 미래교육은 삶이고 생존이다.”라며, “교육공동체와 함께 새로운 물음과 해답을 찾아가며 소통과 공감의 교육정책을 펼쳐 나가겠다.”고 말했다.
