경남도, 코로나 피해 소상공인 임대료 감경 연장

[브레이크뉴스=이성용기자] 경상남도가 코로나19 피해 소상공인을 위한 공유재산 임대료 감경을 올 6월까지 연장한다고 밝혔다.

경남도는 2020년 2월 23일부터 2021년 12월 31일까지 자영업·소상공인 등 총 2,554개소를 대상으로 74억 원(시·군 포함)을 감경 지원한 데 이어 도내 자영업·소상공인의 경제적 부담을 덜어주기 위해 공유재산 임대료를 추가 감경·지원한다.

이번 5차 연장 결정으로 공유재산을 임차 중인 자영업·소상공인 등은 올 6월까지 20억 원 정도를 추가 감경받을 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

다만, 피해 정도가 큰 경우에는 피해입증자료를 제출하면 매출실적 감소 비율별 요율을 적용해 최대 80%까지도 감경받을 수 있다.

또한 영업장 폐쇄와 휴업 등으로 재난기간 동안 공유재산을 사용하지 못한 경우에는 사용하지 못한 만큼 임대기간을 연장하거나 사용·대부료 전액을 감경받을 수 있다.
