충남도의회, 상반기 전입직원 의회 운영 실무교육

충남도의회는 10일 도의회 소회의실에서 상반기 의회사무처 전입 직원 등을 대상으로 의회 운영의 업무 이해도 향상을 위한 실무교육을 실시했다.

이번 교육은 의정활동 지원 능력을 높이고 의정 운영의 전문성을 강화하기 위해 의사담당관과 의사팀장이 전반적인 지방의회 운영과 의안의 제안 및 처리 내용 등을 교육했다.

다소 생소할 수 있는 의회 관련 규정과 회의 진행 절차 등을 알기 쉽게 설명해 참석자들의 이해도를 높였다.

김찬배 의회사무처장은 “이번 교육을 통해 자치분권 2.0시대 시작과 함께하는 인사권 독립에 발맞춰 전입 직원들이 의회 운영의 전체적인 흐름을 이해하고 회의를 지원함으로써 직원 내부역량 강화에 큰 도움이 되길 바란다”고 격려했다.
