국가철도공단, ‘철도어사대’ 출범

중대 예방을 위한 '철도어사대'가 출범했다.

국가철도공단 수도권본부(본부장 손병두)는 15일 현장 불시 점검체계 구축을 통한 ‘철도어사대’를 출범시키고 운영에 들어갔다.

 ‘철도어사대’는 수도권 건설사업관리단의 안전·품질 전문가 90여 명과 공단 직원으로 구성했다.

이들은 ▲ 중대재해 예방 3대 안전수칙(추락, 끼임, 안전보호구 지급) 준수 여부 ▲ 근로자 작업환경 상태 ▲ 고위험 작업 안전대책 수립 여부 등에 대해 취약 개소 중심으로 불시 점검한다.

점검 과정에서 안전 유해요인이 발견이 될 경우 선 조치 · 후 보고를 원칙으로 작업중지서 발부 등 강력 제재하며, SNS 등을 활용한 공단 직통 핫라인 운영을 통해 독립성을 확보한다는 계획이다.

손병두 본부장은 “철도어사대 활동을 아낌없이 지원하겠다.”며, “안타까운 인명피해가 발생하지 않도록 현장 근로자와 소통하여 실질적인 작업환경 개선을 위해 노력하겠다.”고 말했다.
