국가철도공단 수도권본부, 올해 사업비 1조 2,119억원 투입

수도권 지역 철도건설 및 시설개량사업에 1조 2,119억원이 투입된다.

국가철도공단 수도권본부는 16일 인천발 KTX 등 15개 사업에 약 1조 2,119억원의 사업비를 집행한다고 밝혔다.

수도권본부는 효율적인 사업비 집행을 위해 본부장을 단장으로 ‘재정집행·개통공정 특별 점검단T/F’를 가동하며 개통 및 신규 사업을 주기적으로 모니터링 할 계획이다.

특히, 올해 집행 예산의 62%인 7,506억원을 상반기 내에 신속히 집행해 SOC 분야 일자리 창출과 코로나19로 침체된 지역경제 활성화의 마중물 역할을 해나갈 방침이다.

손병두 수도권본부장은 “재정집행 장애요인과 현장 애로사항을 조기에 해결하여 수도권 관내 철도건설사업을 적기에 추진하고 안전한 철도시설관리를 위해 최선을 다하겠다.”고 말했다.
