충남도가 150일 앞으로 다가온 ‘2022 보령해양머드박람회’의 준비상황을 살피고 성공 개최를 위한 관계기관 간 결의를 다졌다.
도는 16일 도청 대회의실에서 ‘2022 보령해양머드박람회 실행계획 및 추진상황 보고회’를 가졌다.
보고회는 양승조 지사와 이필영 행정부지사, 김동일 보령시장, 최광호 보령해양머드박람회조직위원회 민간위원장 등 30여 명이 참석했다.
이날 보고회에서 도는 박람회 관련 연계사업 추진 계획과 세부 과제 등을 공유하고 운영 방안을 논의했다.
도는 성공적인 박람회 개최를 위한 연계사업으로 홍보 15건, 안전 14건, 프로그램 24건 등 약 75억 원을 투입해 총 5개 분야 67건을 추진한다.
중점 과제는 △2022 아시안컵 보령국제요트대회 연계 홍보 △행사장 및 다중이용시설 등 안전 점검 강화 △대중교통 편익 시설 개선 및 운송체계 구축 △제8회 환황해 포럼 개최 △자원봉사자 운영 지원 등이다.
도는 조직위·보령시와 추진상황을 지속 공유하고 미비점을 점검·보완하는 등 총괄 지원부서인 해양수산국을 필두로 박람회 지원에 총력을 다할 방침이다.
또 도민이 함께하는 박람회 분위기를 확산하는 한편, 코로나19 상황에 대응해 방역 및 안전을 강화하고 단계적 일상회복 시대를 선도하는 박람회로 만들어 갈 계획이다.
