대전국세청은 3일 제56회 납세자의 날을 맞아 청사 1층 대강당에서 모범납세자와 아름다운 납세자 등을 초청해 기념식을 가졌다.
이날 기념식은 코로나19 방역지침을 철저히 준수하고 참석인원을 최소화했으며 표창장 전수식으로 진행됐다.
강 청장은 기념식에 대표로 참석한 수상자 11명에게 표창장을 전수하고 성실하게 세금을 납부한 데 대해 감사의 마음을 전했다.
이어 “성실납세하는 분들이야말로 진정한 애국자”라며, “올해도 다양한 소통창구를 마련해 기업의 애로사항을 경청하고 성실납세 지원을 위해 최선을 다 하겠다”고 말했다.
올해 대전국세청은 성실한 세금납부로 국가재정에 이바지한 기업인 92명을 ‘모범납세자’로, 기부나 봉사 등 다양한 사회공헌활동을 통해 나눔문화를 실천한 3명을 ‘아름다운 납세자’로 각각 선정했다.
