세종시는 3일 코로나 19 방역지원 내용을 골자로 한 623억 원 규모의 제1차 추경안을 편성했다.
코로나19 확산에 대응하기 위한 이번 추경안은 정부 추경에 따른 방역지원과 지역경제 활성화 지원, 본예산에 담지 못한 시급한 현안 사업 위주로 계획을 세웠다.
시는 3일 이춘희 시장의 정례브리핑을 통해 이같은 내용을 발표했다.
올해 시 예산은 본예산 1조 9,213억 원을 포함, 총 1조 9,836억 원이다.
먼저, 코로나19 방역을 지원하기 위해 총 216억원을 편성했다.
코로나19 진단검사비 지원 17억 6천만 원, 소상공인 방역활동비 지원 6억 7천만 원, 재택치료 활성화 운영사업비 4억 4천만 원, 지역 방역 일자리사업 1억 8천만 원 등을 반영했다.
다음으로 소상공인 지원 등 지역경제를 활성화하기 위한 예산을 추가 반영한다.
시는 앞서 지역 소상공인들에게 재난지원금을 지원 중에 있으며, 이를 500억 원에서 1,000억 원으로 확대 공급할 예정이다.
또 올해 본예산에 여민전 캐시백 예산 172억 원을 반영했고, 이번 추경예산안에 112억 원을 추가로 편성해 시민들과 소상공인들이 직접적인 혜택을 받을 수 있도록 한다.
이밖에 자영업자와 소상공인, 중소기업체 4,734개소를 대상으로 상수도요금을 한시적으로 감면할 계획이다.
지역현안 사업으로는 금강보행교와 상반기 개관 예정인 조치원 복컴 운영 등을 위해 예산 20억 원을 편성했다.
조치원 동서연결도로의 개통에 따른 안전시설비 등 10억 원, 신흥리 운동장 건설 잔여사업비 15억 원을 반영한다.
또, 출퇴근 시간대 상습 정체되는 주요 교차로의 구조를 개선하기 위해 10억 원, 전의면 산업단지 도로확장 타당성 조사 용역비 2억 원을 반영했으며, 행복도시 해제지역 상가의 과도한 업종규제 해소방안을 마련하기 위한 용역비 1억 원을 편성했다.
그밖에 산업단지 용수도 건설 50억 원을 추가 반영해 스마트그린･벤처밸리 산업단지 조성을 지원할 계획이다.
일상생활 속 탄소배출을 줄이고 쾌적한 대기환경을 조성하기 위해 저탄소 마을만들기와 탄소포인트제 인센티브, 어린이 통학차량 전기버스 구매 지원 등을 위한 예산 6억 원도 반영했다.
추경안은 오늘 시의회에 제출할 계획이며, 시의회의 논의를 거쳐 이달 말 최종 확정될 예정이다.
