국가철도공단, 동해안 산불피해 성금 3,000만원 전달

국가철도공단이  동해안 산불로 삶의 터전을 잃은 이재민들을 위한 구호 활동 및 피해복구 지원을 위해 노사가 함께 모은 성금 3,000만원을 사회복지공동모금회에 전달했다고 22일 밝혔다.

공단은 임직원들의 자발적 참여를 통한 성금 모금과 함께  강원본부 망상수련원을 이재민들을 위한 임시 숙소로 제공하는 등 국가재난사태인 강원도 산불 피해복구에 적극 지원하고 있다.

김한영 이사장은 “갑작스러운 화재로 실의에 빠진 이재민들에게 조금이나마 도움을 드리고자 임직원들의 마음을 모았다.”며, “산불피해 이재민들이 안정적으로 일상생활로 복귀할 때까지 필요한 지원을 아끼지 않겠다.”고 말했다.
