'문화도시, 창동예술촌을 만나다'라는 주제로 열린 이번 토크콘서트는 창원시가 지난해 12월 문화체육관광부의 예비문화도시로 선정된 후 진행되는 예비문화도시 사업의 일환으로 진행됐으며 창동예술촌 10주년을 맞아 준비되었다.
이날 토크콘서트에서는 문화도시 사업에 대한 소개와 창동예술촌의 지난 10년을 돌아보며 지역문화, 문화예술공간 조성에 대한 전문가들의 토론 및 창동예술촌 입주작가들과의 토크가 진행됐다.
