브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 홍남기 부총리 겸 기획재정부 장관은 13일 부동산 시장과 관련, 새 정부 출범 이후 규제 완화 및 개발 기대감으로 불안 심리가 재확산되고 있다고 밝혔다.
홍남기 부총리는 이날 정부서울청사에서 열린 '제41차 부동산시장 점검 관계장관회의'를 주재한 자리에서 "3월 들어 규제 완화 및 개발 기대감으로 서울 강남 4구에서 매매가격과 수급 지수가 먼저 반등하고 이달 첫째 주 들어선 서울이 보합으로 전환되는 등 불안심리가 재확산하는 조짐이 있다"고 말했다.
그는 "최근 부동산 시장은 큰 틀에서 하향 안정세를 유지하고 있었다"며 "다만 하향 폭과 속도가 주춤해지고, 일부 지역은 상승세로 전환되는 등 3월 이전과는 다소 다른 양상으로 진행되고 있다"고 평가했다.
이어 "부동산시장은 시장 수급, 심리 요인, 투기 수요, 정책 요인 등 다양한 요인들이 서로 복합 작용하는 시장인 만큼 이러한 요인들을 진중하게 고려해 무엇보다 시장 절대 안정이 중요하다"며 "그간 오름폭을 감안하며 특히, 시장 하향 안정세 흐름 속에 관리되도록 할 필요가 있다"고 지적했다.
홍 부총리는 또 "어렵게 형성된 부동산 시장의 하향 안정화 흐름이 유지·확산되도록 하는 것이 절대 중요하다"며 "새 정부에서도 그런 노력이 이어질 것으로 예상된다. 저 역시 차기 정부가 부동산 시장 안정 기반 아래 필요한 제도 변화를 모색할 수 있도록 마지막 순간까지 최선을 다해 총력을 기울이겠다"고 전했다.
