브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 이준석 국민의힘 대표는 더불어민주당이 4월 국회 내 처리를 목표한 '검수완박(검찰 수사권 완전 박탈)' 법안과 관련 "한동훈 법무부장관 지명자의 생각이 당의 입장과 일치한다"고 밝혔다.
이준석 대표는 이날 자신의 페이스북에 "민주당이 검수완박이라는 무리수를 계속 강행한다면 법제화된 상설특검 제도를 활용할 수 밖에 없을 것"이라며 이같이 말했다.
그는 "민주당은 180석을 자랑하며 상설특검 제도도 폐지하자고 하겠지만, 언제까지 그렇게 반복하며 국가의 기틀을 흔들수 있겠나"라고 지적했다.
한동훈 법무장관 후보자도 이날 출근길에서 기자들과 만나 "(검수완박 저지는) 장관에게 부여된 임무 중의 하나"라며 "지난 5년간 무슨일이 있었길래 이렇게 명분없는 야반도주까지 벌여야하는지 국민들은 많이 궁금해하실 것"이라고 꼬집었다.
한 후보자는 특히 "서민, 민생 범죄는 캐비닛에서 잠자고 서민들은 권리 구제를 포기하게 될 것이다. 이 법안이 통과되면 피해보는 건 힘없는 국민 뿐"이라며 "할일을 제대로 하는 검찰을 두려워해야 할 것은 오직 범죄자 뿐이어야 한다"고 강조했다.
한편 김오수 검찰총장도 이날 오후 박병석 국회의장을 만난 직후 기자들과 만나 "검수완박을 꼭 입법을 진행하겠다면 그보다 앞서 저에 대한 탄핵 절차를 통해 검찰의 잘못을 지적해주시고 판단도 받아줬으면 좋겠다"며 "검찰이 잘못됐다고 보는 것 아니냐. 그럼 검찰총장인 제게 모든 책임이 있기 때문에 제가 먼저 책임지겠다는 취지"라고 말했다.

Lee Joon-seok, chairman of the People's Power, said, "The thoughts of Justice Minister nominee Han Dong-hoon are consistent with the party's position," regarding the bill, which the Democratic Party of Korea aims to deal with in the National Assembly in April.
CEO Lee Joon-seok said on his Facebook page, "If the Democratic Party continues to push ahead with the unreasonable number of inspections, we will have no choice but to use the legislated permanent special prosecution system."
He pointed out, "The Democratic Party of Korea will boast 180 seats and ask to abolish the permanent special counsel system, but how long can we repeat it like that and shake the foundation of the country?"
Justice Minister nominee Han Dong-hoon also met with reporters on his way to work on the day and pointed out, "The public will be very curious about what has happened over the past five years to make such an unjustifiable night run."
In particular, Han said, "The crimes committed by ordinary people and people will sleep in cabinets and ordinary people will give up their rights relief. If the bill is passed, it is only the powerless people who suffer damage, he said. "The only thing to fear for the prosecution who does its job properly should be criminals."
Prosecutor General Kim Oh-soo also told reporters shortly after meeting with National Assembly Speaker Park Byung-seok in the afternoon, "If we want to proceed with legislation to complete the inspection, I hope that the prosecution will point out the wrongdoing and accept the judgment through the impeachment process." Then, I have all the responsibilities, so I intend to take responsibility first," he said.
