고양시가 관내 식품접객업을 대상으로 음식점 위생등급제 컨설팅 희망업소 30곳을 5월 20일까지 선착순으로 모집한다.

음식점 위생등급제는 일반음식점·휴게음식점·제과점을 대상으로 2017년 부터 전국적으로 시행되고 있는 음식점 인증제도(식품의약품안전처 지정)로 3개 분야 64개 항목의 평가를 거쳐 매우우수, 우수, 좋음 3단계로 등급을 부여하는 제도다.
위생등급 지정업소로 인증되면 표지판 및 홍보물품 지원, 지정기간 내 위생 점검 면제, 시설설비개보수 융자지원, 도 및 시군 홈페이지에 지정업소 명단을 게시하여 홍보하는 등 다양한 혜택이 주어진다.
이번 컨설팅은 위생등급 지정을 희망하는 곳을 대상으로 전문 컨설팅 업체가 업소를 방문해 위생적 취급 기준, 사전 모의평가, 신청 절차 안내 등을 무료로 진행한다.
참여를 원하는 영업자는 고양시청 홈페이지 공고를 참고하여, 고양시 식품안전과 및 구청 산업위생과로 방문접수 및 우편, 이메일 신청을 하면 된다.
