깡통전세 피해예방 상담센터는 깡통전세 피해예방 상담센터 홈페이지에 접속해 ‘깡통전세(전세사기)유형 및 예방법’을 확인하고 주택정보 등을 입력하면 신청인 주택의 적정한 주택가격 등을 별도의 비용 없이 감정 평가사와 유선으로 상담할 수 있다.
또한, 주택·상가임대차 분쟁조정 등이 발생할 경우 해당 상담센터에 연결된 경기도 무료법률 상담실을 통해 조정절차 안내 및 분쟁상담을 받을 수 있다.
