파주시여성단체협의회, 여성지도자 리더십 역량강화 교육 실시

파주시는 지난 7일 ‘2022년 여성지도자 리더십 역량강화 교육’을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

파주시여성단체협의회 주관으로 진행된 이번 교육은 회원 간 교류를 강화하고 여성권익 증진에 대한 관심과 인식을 높이기 위해 기획됐으며, 파주시 11개 여성단체 70여명이 참석한 가운데 1부와 2부로 나눠 진행됐다.

1부는 율곡수목원 힐링투어로, 2부는 성인지 교육으로 구성됐으며, 성인지 교육은 ▲60대 여성이 성폭행의 현실을 고발하는 내용의 한국 독립영화 ‘갈매기’ 상영 ▲호신술 등 자기방어훈련 ▲독서토론회로 이뤄졌다.

이날 진행된 토론회는 권문영 파주시 여성정책 전문위원이 진행을 맡아 앞서 상영한 영화 ‘갈매기’와 ‘만화로 보는 성차별의 역사’ 책의 내용을 소재로 다양한 의견을 나눴으며, 우리 사회의 성차별적 요소와 고정관념에 대해 고민해보는 시간을 가졌다.

김미숙 파주시여성단체협의회장은 “시대 변화에 맞춰 성 역할 구분 없이 다양한 분야로 활동을 넓히며, 여성권익 신장을 위해 더욱 노력하겠다”고 의지를 전했다.
