이번 행사에서는 15개 구인업체가 참여해 생산직, 생산·영업관리직 등 총 116명을 채용할 계획이며, 참여 기업들은 현장에서 면접을 진행하고 각 기업별로 최종 면접 등을 통해 합격자를 선정한다.
이날 채용되지 못한 구직자에게는 다른 일자리를 알선하는 등 사후 관리를 이어갈 계획이다.
참여 방법은 오는 20일까지 파주시일자리센터로 사전 접수하거나 현장에서 신분증을 지참해 접수하면 된다.
정훈수 일자리경제과장은 “채용행사 외에도 소규모 맞춤형 상설면접을 지속적으로 개최하고 있다”며, “인력·취업난 해소를 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
