파주시는 오는 7월 1일부터 25일까지 중장년 및 시니어층을 대상으로 ‘노인심리상담사 자격증 과정’ 참여자 30명을 모집한다고 밝혔다.

이번 프로그램은 8월 1일부터 31일까지 휴넷평생교육원 온라인 교육을 통해 진행되는 민간(비공인)자격증 과정으로, ▲노인학 개관 ▲노인문제 ▲노인과 가족 ▲일과 은퇴 ▲노인상담 단계 ▲노인복지정책 ▲노인교육 등의 내용으로 구성됐다.
신청 자격은 주민등록상 주소지가 파주시인 만 40세~69세로, 파주시일자리센터, 운정·문산 행정복지센터를 방문하거나 이메일로 신청하면 되고, 지원자가 모집인원을 초과할 경우, 취업의지 등 자체 심사를 통해 교육생을 선발할 예정이다.
정훈수 일자리경제과장은 ”고령화가 가속되는 시점에 프로그램을 이수한 참여자가 질병, 빈곤, 고독 등 노인이 겪는 문제를 함께 풀어가는 중요한 역할을 하길 기대한다”며, “관련 직무로 취업을 희망하는 분들의 관심과 참여를 부탁드린다”고 말했다.
