세종시의회(의장 상병헌)가 오는 6일 세종시청 4층 여민실에서 역대 시의원을 포함한 내외빈 300여 명을 초청해 비전 선포 및 사진전 등 ‘세종시의회 출범 10주년 기념식’을 거행한다
