파주시는 우수공무원에게 사기진작을 도모하고, 공직 내 적극행정 문화를 정착하기 위해 ‘2022년 상반기 적극행정 우수공무원’을 지난달 30일 선발했다고 밝혔다.
시는 규제혁신, 민원 또는 갈등해결, 공공서비스 질 향상, 새로운 정책 발굴추진, 행정효율 향상 등 시민의 입장에서 적극적으로 업무를 추진해 성과를 낸 우수공무원을 추천받아 1차 실적검증 및 실무심사, 2차 전 직원 설문조사, 3차 적극행정 지원위원회의 심사를 거쳐 4명의 우수공무원을 선발했다.
‘최우수’에는 ▲상습정체 교차로 개선(도로관리과 정연길)이, ‘우수’에는 ▲전국 최초, tv시청률 집계장비 활용 「치매·고독사」예방(파평면 조동준)이, ‘장려’에는 ▲안전하고 신속한 제설작업 추진 (도로관리과 박재영)과 미준공산업단지 분양업체 조기입주 지원(통일기반조성과 남기정)이 선정됐다.
시는 ‘적극행정 우수 공무원’으로 선정된 4명에게는 인사상 인센티브를 부여하고 부서에는 포상금을 지급할 예정이다.
이성용 의회법무과장은 “적극적인 업무 추진 노력으로 시민들이 실질적으로 체감할 수 있는 성과를 낸 우수공무원을 우대하고 적극행정 사례를 홍보해나가겠다”고 말했다.파주=박정호기자
